DaoQ recognizes the need for prompt delivery and makes every effort to ready your order for shipment as quickly as possible. The estimated time it will take to produce you order and ready them for shipping—the lead time—begins with the release of your order to the manufacturing facility. Release to manufacturing can occur only after full acceptance and approval of your specified payment option.
Lead time is largely dependent upon the stock and availability of raw materials. When materials are in inventory, lead times are generally 3-10 days. However, as materials availability is a function of current natioanl wide supply and demand, delivery times can vary and no standard lead time can be guaranteed. Your order's estimated lead time is dependent upon the following:
- The system and component parts you order
- The current availability of those system and component parts

A DaoQ sales representative will communicate your order's estimated lead time to you when he or she confirms your order.
Lead times do not include the time your order is in transit after it has been shipped for delivery.
Once you have placed your order and received your order number, you can monitor your order's status online by using DaoQ's online order status tracking system. Once there, register for DaoQ's Order Watch service to be alerted when your order is shipped. |
